Job summary

Seabreeze Dentistry & Denture Clinic in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead day-to-day clinic operations with a focus on patient experience and staff empowerment.

You will work closely with the practice owner and clinical team to ensure efficient workflows, high standards of care and proactive performance improvement across general dentistry and denture services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a dental practice, ideally within Australian private dentistry.
• Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, patient scheduling and treatment coordination.
• Experience using dental practice management software, preferably Dental4Windows (D4W).
• Proven ability to lead a team, delegate effectively and manage workplace challenges.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across our general dental and denture services.
• Lead, motivate and support reception, dental assistants and administrative staff.
• Coordinate staff rosters, leave arrangements, workflows and daily schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and patient experience.
• Maintain professional standards, accountability and a positive team culture.
