Job summary

Tranquility Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our Yamanto, QLD practice. This full-time role oversees daily operations, admin tasks, scheduling, record-keeping and billing, while ensuring efficient and compliant management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in dental practice management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Tranquility Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring efficient and effective management of all administrative and operational functions.

What you'll be doing

Manage all administrative tasks, including patient scheduling, record-keeping, and billing

Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the administrative staff

Ensure the practice is compliant with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements

Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and practice efficiency

Manage the practice's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Collaborate with the dentists and other healthcare professionals to support the delivery of high-quality patient care

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, staff, and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dental practice management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in dental practice management software and other relevant business technologies
