Dandy is transforming the dental industry and building an operating system for dental offices globally. We are seeking experienced Customer Experience Dental Lab Technicians to partner with clinicians on patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications, delivering real-time technical support and high-quality outcomes.

You will work directly with doctors to refine case designs, troubleshoot workflows, and ensure exceptional experiences with our digital tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases.
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems and scan bodies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors in real-time to refine case designs.
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and Dandy lab teams to translate feedback into production outcomes.
