Dental Empire Partners Pty Ltd is seeking a proven, numbers-driven Sales Manager to lead a 12-person sales and patient concierge team spread across Australia. This fully remote leadership role requires coaching, analytics and strict process adherence to boost patient conversions in a sensitive healthcare setting.

You will own targets, dashboards and coaching across shifts, collaborating with marketing and operations to optimize the patient journey and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven numbers-driven Sales Manager with call centre or phone-based sales leadership experience.
• Experience using dashboards and scorecards to identify performance gaps.
• Ability to coach agents through calls and improve conversions.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams across locations.
• Strong numerical and data-interpretation skills to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance of the internal team of 12 across Australia.
• Ensure targets for activity, follow-up and conversion are met.
• Coach and develop agents through one-to-ones and performance reviews.
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate reporting across shifts.
• Collaborate with marketing, client success and operations to improve the patient journey.
