Ballina Coast Dental in Ballina, NSW is seeking a Receptionist to be the friendly face patients see on arrival. You will answer phones, book appointments, handle payments and keep patient records up to date while supporting the dental team.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organised and comfortable with computers. Prior dental reception experience is a bonus, but the right person without dental experience will also be considered.

Formación

• Friendly, approachable and enjoys helping people.
• Confident communicating with patients on the phone and in person.
• Organised, able to juggle tasks and learn new software.
• Comfortable with computers and standard reception tasks.
• Previous dental or medical reception experience is a bonus, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming patients with a friendly smile.
• Answering phones and helping patients with questions.
• Booking and managing appointments.
• Processing payments and assisting with health fund claims.
• Updating patient records and completing general administration.
• Working alongside dentists and dental assistants.
• Keeping reception and the daily schedule organised.
• Assisting in the sterilisation room when required.
• Helping with cleaning, processing and preparation of instruments.
• Pitching in and supporting the team to keep the practice running smoothly.
