Redgum Periodontics and Implants in Canberra is seeking a highly motivated Front Office Assistant to support patient experience and daily front desk operations, Tuesday to Thursday 10am–2pm. You’ll handle calls, bookings, and accounts in a busy dental practice.

Ideal candidates have prior front office or reception experience, strong typing, excellent organisation, and a commitment to high-quality service in a team-focused environment.

Formación

• Previous front office/reception experience
• Confidence managing appointment books
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and patient enquiries
• Processing patient accounts and general front-office administration
• Communicating confidently with patients regarding appointments, treatment and accounts
• Word processing, editing and formatting of reports, emails and correspondence
