Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental/orthodontic practice, medical reception, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask in a orthodontic practice.
• Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling patient enquiries.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn orthodontic practice management software.

• Dental assisting qualifications/certification preferred but not essential.
