Job summary

Veriu Group is hiring for a part-time Food & Beverage role at one of their Gold Coast properties. You will provide warm, friendly and professional guest service, take orders, answer guest questions about the menu and promotions, and perform duties with enthusiasm.

RSA certification is required and a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential. Experience in hospitality or related fields is preferred but not mandatory, and candidates who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic hotel group

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or fast food is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, positive and energetic disposition with a passion for guest service.
• Strong work ethic with willingness to learn.

What will you be doing?

• + Providing a warm, friendly, and professional service to our guests at all times
• + Receiving orders and responding to guest requests in a timely manner

• + RSA - Must have a current and valid 'Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol' certificate

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s cocktail and bartending experience
• A genuine passion for great service and memorable guest experiences
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails

• The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get involved
• A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
