Job summary

Summit Dental is seeking a friendly Dental Nurse/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Sunshine Coast clinic. You’ll handle front-desk tasks, patient bookings, and support clinicians to ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience.

We value organized, warm individuals who communicate clearly and enjoy working as part of a friendly team. Flexible options include casual, part-time, or full-time roles as the clinic grows.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face/front-desk experience or demonstrated customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling calls, emails and scheduling tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage reception duties with a friendly manner.
• Handle phone and email inquiries and coordinate bookings.
• Support the dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow.
