Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is seeking a Demi Chef Pastry to live and work onsite at one of Australia's iconic locations. You will hold a Certificate III in Patisserie (or equivalent) and bring at least two years post-apprenticeship pastry kitchen experience, producing high-quality pastry items and upholding guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Patisserie (or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum 2 years post apprenticeship pastry experience.
• Willing to relocate and live onsite at Ayers Rock Resort, NT.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running sections in the kitchen during the absence of the Chef De Partie Pastry.
• Prepare daily mise en place for the Pastry Team.
• Perform basic tasks of food preparation and organisation in the kitchen.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the kitchen staff during preparation and service.
