Job summary

Voyages Tourism Australia Pty Ltd, at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to live and work onsite. You will join a team delivering high standards in a busy resort kitchen.

The successful candidate will hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), have post-apprenticeship kitchen experience in large operations, and value HACCP practices. Benefits include discounted accommodation, relocation assistance, staff facilities and opportunities for

Qualifications

Qualified with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
Post-apprenticeship kitchen experience in large restaurants, events, hotels or resorts.
Experience with a la carte and buffet is advantageous; HACCP training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Undertake all kitchen and service duties including cleaning, food preparation, cookery and guest service.
Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning, inventory control, scheduling, ordering of kitchen supplies.
Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
Assist senior chefs during regular administration activities like End Of Month, stock take counts, inventories, etc.
