You will support senior chefs, maintain presentation and safety standards in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Qualifications

• Completed technical education in hospitality or culinary school.
• Experience in high-end luxury hotel or venue.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and present high quality a la carte dishes to five-star standards.
• Support Senior Chefs in daily kitchen operations and service delivery.
• Maintain consistency, presentation and flavour across all dishes.
• Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively within a friendly, fast-paced professional kitchen.
