The Langham, Gold Coast is seeking a Demi Chef to join our luxury kitchen team, delivering high-end à la carte dishes in a five-star environment. You will support senior chefs, maintain presentation and safety standards in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Ideal candidates have hospitality or culinary training and a passion for exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education in hospitality or culinary school.
• Experience in high-end luxury hotel or venue.

OurDemi Chef will be driven to work alongside highly skilled chefs, refining theirtechnique as well as contributing to a world-class guest experience. Itis preferrable that you have experience in high end volume operations at aluxury hotel or high-end venue, with proven experience leading teams to meet alevel of high performance across food quality and innovation.
