Job summary

Stamford Hotels and Resorts in Australia is seeking a Demi Chef to join our kitchen team on an ongoing casual basis. You will prep and cook a range of dishes across our hotel operations, including restaurants, banquets and events, delivering high standards of quality and food safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef or similar in a hotel kitchen.
• Strong cooking skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality food across hotel outlets.
• Assist with food preparation for restaurants, banquets, conferences and events.
• Maintain quality and presentation during busy service periods.
