PARKROYAL Hotels & Resorts - Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Demi Chef to join our kitchen team. You will follow recipes, prepare dishes to required standards, and work closely with the Chef De Partie and Sous Chef to maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the required quality and quantity of product within your section.
• Ensure HACCP requirements are followed and maintained at a high level.
• Reduce wastage, ordering effectively and completing your sections tasks within the time allocated.
• Bring creative ideas to the Chef De Partie / Sous Chef concerning improvement, which would tend to make more satisfied customers.
• Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image at all times.
• Be aware of the importance of quality products and make every effort to prepare the best products possible.
• Handle organisational tasks, such as stock management and cleanliness.

The successful candidate will:
