The Langham, Gold Coast is seeking customer service focused and luxury-minded individuals to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant, Banquet Attendant, Barista or Cocktail Bartender. This role offers a path to work across our fine-dining restaurant and hotel venues on the Gold Coast.

You will deliver warm, authentic and timely service, anticipate guest needs, and share expertise on our menu to create memorable experiences. Australian work rights required.

We are now seeking customer service focused and luxury-minded individuals to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant (including for our fine-dining restaurant), Banquet Attendant, Barista or Cocktail Bartender.

Key Responsibilities

As an experienced and passionate food and beverage professional, you will anticipate our guests’ needs, ensure the consistency of service and provide excellent knowledge of our menu.

You will provide superior service, quality and ultimately a seamless and luxury guest experience. You will exceed our guests' expectations by providing warm, authentic and timely service to build great memories for our guests and team.

As a driven individual with a natural affinity for service and sales you will enhance this experience, to create great memories for our guests that celebrates the everyday.

Qualifications & Skills

To be successful for this role you will have customer service experience, be a good communicator and enjoy interacting with people. You must also have:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Attainment
• Australian work rights
