Job summary

Nufarm in Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planner to own the demand forecasting process for the regional portfolio, ensuring alignment between Commercial and Supply Chain within our IBP framework.

You will work closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to identify trends, manage the rolling 24+ month horizon, and drive continuous improvement across planning processes, building strong stakeholder relationships and championing best practices.

Qualifications

• Must have forecasting excellence within an IBP environment and data-driven decision making.
• Experience partnering with Commercial and Supply Chain to deliver accurate demand plans.
• Desirable: Oracle Demantra familiarity and strong analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand forecasting process for the regional portfolio (Australia & New Zealand).
• Maintain alignment between Commercial and Supply Chain across a rolling 24+ month horizon.
• Lead the Demand Management Review within the IBP framework and provide insights to enable growth and risk management.
• Utilise and upgrade demand-planning tools to ensure the best forecast possible.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and drive operational efficiency.
