Job summary

CSR are seeking an analytical and commercially minded Demand Planner to join our North Ryde team. This role is critical in supporting the IBP methodology, driving forecast accuracy, and translating demand signals into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.

  • 3+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data sets.
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of business demand drivers.
  • Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience within an S&OP or IBP environment will be highly regarded.

  • Model demand scenarios and support monthly S&OP/IBP planning activities.

About The Role

CSR are seeking an analytical and commercially minded Demand Planner to join our team based in North Ryde. This role is critical in supporting the IBP methodology, driving forecast accuracy, and ensuring demand signals are translated into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Major Projects, and Senior Leadership, you will develop and manage demand forecasts across a 1–24 month horizon, identify market risks and opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the demand planning process.
