Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery partner onboarding program for Australia and Singapore. The role focuses on simplifying onboarding, meeting supplier targets for sales events, and delivering consistent operational improvements through data-driven insights.

You will own the onboarding roadmap, set KPIs, and communicate progress to senior leadership while navigating a matrixed organization within a fast-paced last-mile operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery partner onboarding program across AU and SG, optimizing onboarding experience.
• Own delivery partner supply targets for key sales events; ensure pipeline delivers activated partners ahead of demand.
• Develop and maintain onboarding program roadmap with KPIs and diagnose blockers.
• Build and maintain reporting across onboarding metrics, funnel performance, and program cost; manage vendor relationships.
• Stay current with regulatory and safety requirements across AU and SG.
