Job summary

Beam is seeking its first Delivery Executive in Australia to own the day-to-day for AU users: support, training, and the guides that help people help themselves. It’s an entry-level role on our Delivery team, with a clear next step into a more strategic delivery path as you grow.

You are a go-getter, a fast learner, and fantastic with people, with strong communication and presentation skills. You’ll set users up to succeed, run virtual trainings, and help build a practical Help Centre.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role on our Delivery team for AU users with support, training, and guides.
• Be the first face our users see and own end-to-end support and troubleshooting.
• Set people up to succeed from day one with account creation and onboarding.
• Run virtual training sessions to help users become confident with the product.
• Build a useful Help Centre and act as the voice of the users to the team.
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, empathy, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the first face our users see, handling tickets and 1:1s with empathy.
• Set up accounts so new users can dive straight in.
• Run virtual training sessions to boost confidence with the product.
• Turn the Help Centre into a genuinely useful resource.
• Triate feedback, spot patterns, and relay insights to the team.
