Job summary

Beam is hiring an entry-level Delivery Executive in Australia to own day-to-day AU user support, training, and the user guides that empower customers to help themselves. You’ll be the first face our users see, handling tickets, 1:1s, and onboarding to ensure a smooth start with our product.

You’ll run virtual training sessions, help users get comfortable with the product, and evolve into more strategic delivery roles as you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or product support
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar
• Interest in social impact, government, or the not-for-profit sector
• Experience creating simple training materials or guides

Responsibilities

• Be the first face our users see. Own support end to end — tickets, 1:1s, troubleshooting — and make sure every Australian user feels heard and unstuck, fast.
• Set people up to succeed from day one. Handle account creation so new users can dive straight in.
• Bring users up to speed. Run virtual training sessions when new users need them, helping people go from unsure to confident with the product.
• Build something people actually use. Take our Help Centre and turn it into a genuinely useful resource
• Be the voice of our users. Triage feedback, spot the patterns, run feedback sessions yourself where you can, and flag the bigger stuff to the team so nothing gets lost.
