Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead planning and delivery of multiple digital product streams from the new Product and Innovation Centre in Adelaide. You will ensure alignment with priorities and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will model delivery governance, uplift ways of working, and coach iteration managers to improve predictability, squad efficiency and performance across agile squads.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience leading delivery teams in agile, product-led environments.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes in complex, fast-paced settings.
• Expertise in embedding agile practices and improving predictability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of multiple digital product streams including mobile apps, conversational AI and customer servicing.
• Oversee portfolio planning, resource management and agile delivery practices.
• Embed delivery frameworks and uplift ways of working across squads to improve predictability and performance.
• Coach iteration managers to improve delivery outcomes and squad efficiency.
• Engage stakeholders across product, technology and business to align priorities.
