Job summary

You will ensure alignment with strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes while guiding agile practices and governance.
You will coach a team of iteration managers, drive delivery predictability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across squads in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years leading delivery teams in agile, product-led environments.
- Experience delivering digital products from discovery to release.
- Strong governance, planning, budgeting and RAID management skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across product, tech and business.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary squads and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of multiple digital product streams (mobile, AI, customer servicing).
- Oversee portfolio planning, resource management and agile delivery practices.
- Embed delivery frameworks and uplift ways of working across squads.
- Coach iteration managers to improve predictability, flow and performance.
