Based in Adelaide, this full-time role focuses on coordinating delivery from discovery to release, fostering collaboration, and shaping ways of working in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor squads and ensure delivery excellence across multiple initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as an Agile Delivery Lead or Agile Iteration Manager in a digital environment.
- Experience coordinating delivery from discovery through to release with time-to-value focus.
- Ability to coach individuals and squads in Agile mindsets and practices.
- Proficiency with Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and related frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate product delivery aligned to agile practices and frameworks.
- Coach teams to improve agile maturity, collaboration, and delivery flow.
- Foster autonomy, transparency and high-performing squads.
- Support ramp-up and culture development at the Adelaide centre.
