Job summary

Qantas is expanding at its new Product and Innovation Centre in Adelaide. We seek an Agile Delivery Lead to sit across digital streams, coaching squads in agile practices while delivering features aligned to strategic goals.

You'll foster autonomy, collaboration and transparent delivery across mobile apps, conversational AI and customer servicing. In this role you plan and coordinate delivery from discovery to release, mentor teams to improve agile maturity, manage risks and dependencies, and

Qualifications

3+ years as an Agile Delivery Lead or Agile Iteration Manager in a digital environment.
Plan and coordinate delivery from discovery through to release, optimising time to value.
Coach individuals and squads in adopting Agile mindsets and practices, enabling high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate product delivery, ensuring alignment to agile practices and frameworks.
Coach teams to improve agile maturity, foster collaboration and remove impediments to maintain delivery flow.
Drive continuous improvement, reducing waste and optimising resource utilisation to deliver value early and consistently.
Support squad ramp-up at the new Adelaide Product Innovation Centre.
