Job summary

Qantas is building a new culture of agile delivery at our Adelaide Product Innovation Centre. The Agile Delivery Manager will oversee multiple digital product streams, including mobile apps and AI, balancing strategic priorities with actionable outcomes.

You will lead planning, budgeting and governance across squads, coaching iteration managers and embedding new ways of working to increase delivery predictability and value for customers.

Qualifications

7+ years’ experience leading delivery teams in agile, product-led environments.
Proven ability to deliver outcomes in complex, fast-paced settings.
Excellent people leadership and coaching of delivery leaders.
Experience embedding agile practices to improve predictability and flow.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of multiple digital product streams (mobile apps, AI, customer servicing).
Ensure alignment with priorities and measurable business outcomes.
Embed delivery frameworks and uplift ways of working across squads.
Coach iteration managers to improve predictability, squad efficiency and performance.
Oversee portfolio planning, resource management and RAID discipline for delivery governance.
