Job summary

Lookahead is seeking an experienced ICT Delivery Manager to lead delivery of a new enterprise Identity and Access Management system within a federal reform program. You will plan, sequence and drive agile ceremonies, clear impediments and align a broad set of technical, business and vendor stakeholders behind one plan.

You will lead a small, high-performing team with limited direction, owning the delivery outcome and communicating effectively to executives while navigating security-clearance

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing ICT projects to time, cost, quality and scope.
• Experience delivering enterprise identity, access management, security or shared platform capability is highly valued.
• Confident leading agile ceremonies and building a high performing small team, including coaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating technical detail for exec audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, vendor and cross-agency groups.
• Must hold an active NV1 security clearance and Australian citizenship.

The role

A federal government agency is looking for an experienced ICT Delivery Manager to lead delivery of a new enterprise Identity and Access Management system, bringing together authentication and authorisation into one consistent, auditable capability across the agency's digital services. You will sit inside a broader technology reform program, working across program management, regulatory and technology delivery teams, and lead a small agile delivery team to get this built and live. Day to day you are planning and sequencing the work, running the agile ceremonies, clearing impediments, and keeping a wide group of technical, business and vendor stakeholders lined up behind the same plan. You will be working with limited direction, so this suits someone who is comfortable owning a delivery outcome rather than reporting up a chain for every decision.

About you
