Job summary

Acusensus is seeking a senior delivery leader to oversee hardware engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain in Australia. You will steer end-to-end product delivery, from design through field deployment, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time execution.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and suppliers, and collaborate with the VP of Operations to scale capabilities globally.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with strong leadership experience in hardware delivery.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of complex hardware programs.
• Experience with lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware engineering and drive safe, manufacturable design.
• Oversee manufacturing operations and supply chain planning.
• Plan and resource deployments with project management rigor.
• Align capacity with customer demand and tender inputs.
• Establish quality processes across delivery lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, headcount, and capital expenditure.
• Mentor a high-performing delivery team with clear career paths.
