Job summary

Neurotologix, an Australian MedTech company preparing for commercial launch, seeks a hands-on Product and Delivery Lead to own delivery from production through release and deployment to customers.

You will work closely with the CEO, Lead Software Developer, engineers, manufacturing suppliers and Quality Manager to ensure product activities meet established quality and regulatory requirements and are delivered efficiently.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience in hardware/software products.
• Ability to lead end-to-end delivery in a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort working in a regulated environment (quality systems/processes).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the product from production through release and deployment to customers.
• Coordinate software releases with developers and hardware teams, aligning with change control processes.
• Ensure hardware production, testing, and release activities are completed prior to delivery.
• Track priorities, risks, timelines and dependencies; resolve issues to keep delivery on track.
