Job summary

Reece Kilburn is seeking a Delivery Driver to join the Trade Counter team. You will deliver parts and products to customers, assist with pick packing and stock control, and help maintain an organized, safe branch environment.

You will provide excellent customer service to plumbers and tradespeople, handle product information, and adapt to various shifts including weekends. This role offers career development within the Reece network.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery driving, retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop displays and ensure accuracy of information.
• Technically capable and willing to learn new systems.
• Must hold a clean, valid driver’s licence and be available for varying shifts, including weekends.

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Kilburn, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech-savvy and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
