Qualifications

• 2-3 years working as part of project teams delivering a range of solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and cope with the unknown.
• Ability to prioritise effectively to balance competing demands and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support discovery sessions alongside our technologists to understand our client’s needs and environment.
• Capture and manage detailed requirements to ensure we build and maintain a shared understanding of the solution with our customers.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate solution delivery.
• Develop organisational change documentation and training materials.
• Facilitate training sessions, encouraging stakeholder participation and buy in.
• Assist the coordination of finances, schedule management, logistics and scope control.
• Capture project, client and domain knowledge to share with the project team and wider organisation.
• Support the project team with stakeholder management and risks and issues identification and management.
• Identify opportunities for future engagements with our customers to help them achieve their business goals.
