Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Delivery Manager for the Rockingham Delivery Centre in Western Australia. You will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy delivery facility, guiding a large frontline team, driving safety, engagement and high quality service for customers and communities.

You'll partner with frontline leaders, unions and stakeholders to build capability, manage change, and deliver cost‑effective outcomes while fostering a positive, inclusive culture and strong workplace

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, multi-site or multi-shift operations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale operational transformation.
• Experience in lean, operational excellence, or change management.
• Ability to build trust and relationships across a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery, processing and support activities to meet service, safety and performance objectives.
• Inspire a high-performing team across a multi-shift environment.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and drive improvements.
• Manage facility costs, contractor performance and efficiency opportunities.
