Qualifications

• Proven deli management experience in a supermarket or shop
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Strong numeracy for budgeting, gross profit and wage control
• Experience with stock takes and shrinkage management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment

• Deliver excellent quality and service standards throughout the department
