Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Army - Course Manager to oversee course administration and coordination for Defence training programs at Holsworthy Barracks, NSW. You will manage the full lifecycle of courses from planning through delivery and review, ensuring compliance with Commonwealth standards.

Essential requirements include active AGSVA Security Clearance (NV1, NV2 preferred), strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructional content related to Special Forces.
• Experience planning and/or delivering training courses.
• Ability to be on site at Holsworthy Barracks 0900–1700.
• Hold AGSVA Security Clearance NV1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage courses conducted by Training Wing ADFSSO.
• Provide admin support for course delivery and governance.
• Coordinate Learning Management Package and Course Session requests.
• Plan scheduling, conferences and Daily Training Programmes.
• Coordinate facility bookings and logistics.
