Job summary

Azooa requires an Integrated Logistics Support Manager to support Defence programs from Campbell Park Offices, Canberra. The role is a full-time onsite contract starting ASAP and ending 30 June 2027, with potential extension. NV1 clearance or higher is required.

You will handle ILSP/ILSI, COMSEC engineering management, and sustainment responsibilities. You will lead ILS working groups, coordinate stakeholder reviews, and maintain ILS artefacts across testing and system changes while aligning

Qualifications

• Experience developing government submission documents and product support analyses.
• Lead ILS Working Groups and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate document reviews and transition into sustainment.
• Develop Training Plans and address capability gaps.
• Maintain ILS artefacts after testing and engineering changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Government submission documents, ILSP, ILSI, COMSEC Engineering Management Instructions, Product Support Analysis and Physical Configuration Audit documentation.
• Lead monthly ILS Working Groups, record minutes and track actions with project teams, capability operators, sponsors and vendors.
• Coordinate document reviews, endorsement, stakeholder acceptance and transition into sustainment.
• Develop Training Plans, coordinate training outcomes and address capability gaps.
• Maintain ILS artefacts following testing, system enhancements and configuration or engineering changes.
• Contribute to project and engineering plans, risk workshops and regular status reporting.
