Pinaka Technology Solutions in Canberra seeks an ILS Manager to provide ILS SME support to JNT09141 Acquisition Projects and COMSEC Modernisation submissions for Government.

The role requires active NV1+ security clearance, on-site work (3 days/week), and delivery of ILS documentation, artefacts, and transition activities across acquisition and sustainment phases. Experience with government submissions, MCCAT, AUC with ACT/ART, SAP S/4HANA, and risk management is essential.

Formación

• Experience in drafting Government submission documentation.
• MCCAT course completed and understood.
• Introduction to Codification course completed.
• AUC experience with ACT or ART.
• FMS experience.
• Configuration Management Tool experience.
• ERP SAP S/4 HANA experience.
• Able to obtain Australian NV1 security clearance.
• On-site work 3 days a week.
• Qualifications/experience as per above.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate ILS Working Groups (ILSWG) monthly.
• Prepare, record, and distribute meeting minutes and track actions.
• Engage with stakeholders to align ILS activities.
• Develop, review, and update ILS documentation for government submissions.
• Review ILS documentation by internal teams and contractors.
• Coordinate ILS document endorsement processes.
• Support transition of ILS deliverables into operational environments.
• Identify and implement training requirements; develop training plans.
• Update acquisition ILS artefacts after changes.
• Contribute to PMP Risk workshops and EMP.
• Provide regular status updates on ILS activities, risks, and issues.
