Qualifikationen

• Experience across the full systems engineering lifecycle in Defence or large-scale SoS programs.
• Expertise in MBSE with SysML models and architectural viewpoints.
• Experience with requirements management tools and digital engineering environments.
• Strong analytical and technical leadership with risk assessment and decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.
• Defence domain knowledge in IAMD, Integrated Fire Control Networks, or distributed C2.
• Eligibility for Australian NV‑1 security clearance or ability to obtain it.
• Proficiency in AI prompting as it applies to this position.

Aufgaben

• Lead requirements analysis, functional analysis and architectural development activities across the AIR6500 System-of-Systems
• Develop and maintain functional, allocated and product baselines using MBSE principles, tools and frameworks
• Provide architectural oversight for system interfaces, requirements traceability, TPMs and derived engineering artefacts
• Lead trade studies, technical assessments and risk management activities to support informed design decisions
• Define product-level specifications, Statements of Work and architectural design patterns to support supplier engagement and delivery
• Collaborate with engineering teams, SMEs and industry partners to support design reviews, integration activities and program outcomes
