Job summary

Cleared Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Business Management Officer to support a major Defence capability acquisition program in a complex, fast-paced project environment in Canberra.

You will provide day-to-day PMO operations, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement, partnering with senior leaders and project teams to ensure timely delivery and strong governance across the program.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in project management, project coordination, business administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating team activities and supporting project delivery functions.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day PMO and governance support.
• Coordinate project reporting, documentation and information flows for senior leadership.
• Manage risk activities including risk registers and governance forums.
• Secretariat support for meetings: agendas, scheduling, minutes, actions.
• Support stakeholder engagement across Defence and industry partners.
• Assist with establishment and maintenance of project administration and governance.
