KBR in Australia is seeking a confident Program Manager to lead delivery of mission systems and support services under the program's statement of work. The role oversees day-to-day leadership of the support team and ensures outcomes align with scope, schedule, quality and budget.

Based in Canberra or Brisbane, the successful candidate must hold NV1 Defence Clearance or higher and bring extensive experience delivering complex defence projects, together with formal PM qualifications.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering and managing projects.
• Formal project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or equivalent.
• Active NV1 Defence Clearance or higher is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead project planning, execution and delivery to governance standards.
• Manage deliverables within scope, schedule, quality and budget.
• Develop and monitor project, stage and exception plans with corrective actions.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies to minimise impacts.
• Oversee resources, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with assurance and stakeholders to maintain integrity and alignment.
• Conduct reviews, capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
