Qualifications

• Experience in project governance, PMO, program management or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and project delivery environments.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and governance reporting tools.
• Experience managing risks, issues, actions and governance documentation.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Current Australian Government Security Clearance NV1 minimum.

Responsibilities

• Perform governance activities across the program or assigned project area.
• Establish and maintain governance processes, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate governance forums, meetings, and decision-making activities.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Manage governance documentation, including plans, registers, actions, and decision logs.
• Monitor governance performance, risks, issues, and key actions.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
• Facilitate escalation and resolution of governance-related issues.
• Support project teams to meet governance obligations and requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to governance processes and practices.
