Job summary

Electro Optic Systems is seeking a PMO Master Scheduler to lead portfolio-level Integrated Master Schedules for Defence programs. You will ensure baselines, milestones, dependencies and forecast impacts are accurate, enabling confident delivery decisions.

Applicants should have Defence/ASDEFCON experience, 10+ years in PMO or large-scale programs, Australian citizenship and be able to work onsite in Canberra/Hume region. Baseline clearance is desirable.

Qualifications

Essential exposure to Defence / ASDEFCON methodology.
10+ years' experience in a similar role supporting large-scale programs.
Australian citizenship; Baseline clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

Own and control portfolio-level Integrated Master Schedules with baselines and forecast impacts.
Translate requirements into credible, logic-driven schedules supporting delivery.
Maintain schedule governance, baseline control and change discipline.
Provide portfolio-level reporting on slippage, risks and recovery actions.
Challenge weak assumptions through structured reviews with PMs.
Embed PMO scheduling standards, templates and reporting routines.
Ensure milestones and LD exposure are reflected in schedules and reporting.
Coach Project Managers in planning discipline and use of MS Project/M365 tools.
