Job summary

Resolve Recruit Inc. is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government agency to appoint a Master Scheduler. This contract-led role will lead the master schedule across a major ICT reform program, coordinating with stakeholders to keep work visible and on track.

You will develop, maintain, and report on the program schedule, assess risks, and drive improvements in scheduling practices and reporting artefacts for executives and the steering committee.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor the master program schedule with stakeholders.

• Prepare high-quality documentation for status reports to executives.
• Review correspondence, briefs, presentations and reports.
• Provide specialist scheduling advice and guidance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling approaches and artefacts.

• 7 + 12 + 12-month contract with a key Commonwealth Government agency

Resolve Recruit is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government agency to find a Master Scheduler.

Our client is delivering a major reform program that will uplift its regulatory capability through new processes, resourcing, tools, systems and technology. The program brings together program management, regulatory and technology delivery teams, and this role will play a central part in keeping that work coordinated, visible and on track.

As Master Scheduler, you will lead the development, preparation and maintenance of the program schedule, working with stakeholders across the program to monitor progress, analyse performance and report on the critical path.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and report on program progress, identifying risks and facilitating interventions.
• Help strengthen scheduling practices and reporting for the program.
