Job summary

APC Technology is seeking a highly organised Project Officer to join our PMO, supporting initiatives across Defence, mining, transport and industrial sectors. You will help coordinate activities, track milestones and maintain documentation to keep projects on schedule.

Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and customers, you will manage risks, prepare dashboards and drive timely actions to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining schedules, registers, reports and project documentation.
• Experience supporting project budgets, procurement activities or cost tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and business management systems.
• Understanding of risk management, change control and project governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from project kick-off through to completion
• Track schedules, milestones, deliverables and critical actions
• Work closely with engineers, project managers and production teams to keep projects progressing
• Support customer communications, reporting and project reviews
• Manage project documentation, records and governance requirements
• Monitor project risks, issues, changes and customer actions
• Coordinate procurement activities and supplier interactions
• Prepare project dashboards, status updates and performance reporting
• Organise meetings, capture key decisions and drive action follow-up
• Identify potential roadblocks and help find practical solutions before they become problems
