Job summary

Atturra Data & Integration is seeking an adaptable, relationship-focused Project Manager to support an IT-enabled delivery project for the Australian Defence Force.

This role will work closely with the client and cross-functional delivery team, bringing clarity, coordination and momentum to a complex environment with evolving priorities across interdependent workstreams, focusing on stakeholder engagement and delivery coordination rather than direct management of technical teams.

Qualifications

• Active AGSVA NV1 clearance is required.
• 7+ years of experience delivering in complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• On-site presence at Russell, Canberra, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report on work packages, priorities, dependencies, risks and blockers across Commonwealth and delivery teams.
• Translate emerging requirements into practical actions and set achievable delivery expectations.
• Build trusted relationships and guide stakeholders toward agreed outcomes.
• Apply governance and planning practices, adapting structure to the situation and addressing coordination gaps.
