KBR is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Manager in Australia to lead complex logistics for defence-related programs. You will oversee provisioning, spares, and maintenance planning while aligning with contractual requirements and sustainment strategies.

The role emphasizes mentorship, cross-functional collaboration with systems engineering, and navigating regulatory environments to optimise delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' ILS or logistics engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years' Defence or adjacent industry experience.
• Experience with Defence logistics management systems.
• NV1 Defence Security Clearance and ITAR/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyse provisioning, spares, maintenance and repair for programs using established procedures.
• Advise on acquisition phase of program capability solutions transitioning to sustainment.
• Review contractual requirements and data to determine spares provisioning and maintenance needs.
• Develop overarching integrated logistics support plans for acquisition and transition to sustainment.
• Engage stakeholders including systems engineering teams for capability logistics support.
• Anticipate regulatory, safety and environmental responsibilities and ensure compliance.
