KBR Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Supply Chain and Subcontracts Manager to strengthen Australia's sovereign industrial capability. You will lead the end-to-end supply chain, manage subcontracts and drive AIC initiatives with defence partners and suppliers.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant tertiary qualification in SCM, strong experience in supply chain and subcontracts, and proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Strong experience in management of supply chain and subcontracts, including suppliers.
• Experience with Australian Industry Capability (AIC) governance and deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and lead the supply chain function for a major program and associated subcontracts and suppliers.
• Manage delivery of AIC, Sovereign Sustainment and supply chain initiatives.
• Lead engagement activities: supply chain forums, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor and report on AIC commitments, ACE obligations, and supply chain performance.
• Build relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and government stakeholders, domestically and internationally.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain records and reporting for contractual governance.
• Contribute to governance reviews and improvement initiatives to strengthen sovereign capability.
