Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking an experienced ICT Change Manager (CHMG 3) to govern and coordinate changes across Defence enterprise environments. This hands-on role ensures changes are assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented with minimal disruption, focusing on technical ICT infrastructure, apps, and platforms.

You will collaborate with technical teams, service managers, and governance stakeholders to ensure compliance with Defence change management and service transition frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ICT Change and Release in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience coordinating CAB/DCAB governance activities.
• Strong ITIL Change and Release Management knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent changes and releases.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, ITSM, documentation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT Change Management processes across Defence environments (DPE/DSE).
• Review RFCs, assess technical risk, business impact, readiness and approvals.
• Ensure changes are categorised, documented, and scheduled within ITSM tools.
• Plan and facilitate Defence Change Advisory Board (DCAB) meetings and governance materials.
• Coordinate release activities to minimise service impacts and align with change windows.
• Monitor compliance and escalate high-risk or non-compliant changes.
• Liaise with engineers, project teams, security teams and stakeholders; report status.
• Identify opportunities to improve change management maturity and efficiency.
