Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia seeks graduates for the Graduate Structural Engineer program, commencing January 2027. The 24‑month program offers a permanent full-time position with structured learning and mentorship across Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown.

Qualifications

• Must hold a tertiary degree qualification in engineering or related field (or anticipated graduation before Jan 2027).
• Australian citizenship required to meet Defence security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for air vehicle structures across the lifecycle.
• Conduct technical investigations and resolve product defects.
• Dispositión problem reports from ground/flight testing.
• Develop air vehicle modification kits with design and maintenance teams.
• Create engineering documentation to support operation and maintenance.
