Job summary

Beca is seeking a senior Defence estate assurance and asset management leader to drive growth across Australia. You will shape opportunities, lead major client relationships and translate Defence needs into sustainable assurance and asset management solutions.

We require senior industry experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex panels and long-term programmes. Australian citizenship and Baseline-level security clearance or ability to obtain is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national Defence estate assurance and asset management strategy.
• Lead client strategies and account plans with senior stakeholders.
• Win bids and growth through thought leadership and partnerships.
• Deliver projects with risk management and high client satisfaction.
• Manage pipelines, forecasts, pricing, contracts and governance.
