• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national Defence estate assurance and asset management strategy.
• Lead client strategies and account plans with senior stakeholders.
• Position Beca for growth through high-quality bids and partnerships.
• Partner with project leaders to ensure delivery excellence and value creation.
• Manage pipeline health, pricing, contracts and governance.
